Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

HyperSling is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other local charges that may apply to your order. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. HyperSling is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

4. Refund and Return Policy

4.1 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in returnable condition. Proof of purchase may be required.

4.2 Return Process

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving approval may not be accepted.

4.3 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

To help us review the issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
